Caregivers Count Conference ~ Saturday, May 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Campbell Community Center(1 West Campbell Ave., Campbell CA). The conference fee is $15 per person (includes admission & lunch).
For respite care, you may apply for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Respite Care Grant. This grant is intended to provide the means for those who need the respite coverage for the purposes of attending the conference. If you qualify, the Alzheimer’s Association will pay the respite caregiver directly. Contact Helpline at 800-272-3900 for more information and to obtain the application.
